And I have a few stories that I want to share with you.

Hello!

This is Will writing to you - I’ve decided that I want to take over the newsletter for the time being and start sharing some of the many stories and lessons that I’ve learned over the course of launching and growing Sprouht.

Fun Fact: Sprouht initially started out as a blog.

Back in April of 2020, Sprouht was a fitness, finance, and mindset blog. I didn’t love the idea of sitting in my room and writing though, it just didn’t feel personal enough, and after publishing a few posts, I progressed into a podcast, and then settled on growing a YouTube channel.

This was actually a thumbnail for one of the first blog posts I made. Now you know why I don’t have a blog anymore… lol

In these past three years since launching Sprouht, I’ve built a framework for living a fulfilling life that has made me and many of my friends much happier, and I want to share it with you.

Expect weekly newsletters from me from here on out, and if you notice something interesting about a post that you read, please feel free to reply. This is a community and your thoughts are most welcome/appreciated.

Let me leave you with one thing today - I built a 365 Day Guided Journal that is designed to help you completely transform your life in just one year. After 6 years of journaling, quitting my job, starting a business, and finding immense satisfaction in all facets of my life, I realized that there was no physical tool that could help someone achieve the same results as me. I kept having to go book-to-book, course-to-course, trip-to-trip, to understand what it would take to live my dream life.

So that’s why I put all of my knowledge, resources, and experiences into creating this guided lifestyle-design workbook. I first made the sample at the end of 2021, then used it for a year to test if it works, and now there are only limited quantities available for the pre-order of our next batch.
